Foundation Flow - Beginners

Beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates designed to build strength, confidence, and body awareness.

Foundation Flow is an uplifting and accessible Reformer Pilates class created for beginners and anyone wanting to strengthen their foundations. You’ll move through steady, flowing sequences that develop core strength, enhance mobility, and build a deeper connection to your body — all in a calm, supportive environment.

Whether you’re stepping onto the reformer for the first time or returning to refine your technique, Foundation Flow offers clear guidance, gentle progressions, and plenty of variations to help you work at your own pace.

Expect to leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and confident in how you move.

Modified Reformer Pilates

This is a slower-paced, modified Reformer Pilates class designed for those who need extra support with movement.

It is ideal if you:

Have osteoporosis or low bone density?

Are managing a medical condition, injury, or long-term illness?

Experience reduced mobility, balance concerns, or joint pain?

Feel more comfortable in a gentler, highly supported environment?

Exercises are adapted, with a strong focus on safe movement, stability, posture, and controlled strength. Springs, range of motion and exercise selection are carefully adjusted to ensure the session feels supportive and accessible.

This class is not a standard beginner Reformer session.

If you are fit, healthy, active, and confident with general movement, you may be better suited to a Beginner Reformer Pilates class instead.

If you’re unsure which class is right for you, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.

Jump & Flow

This contemporary Jump board class blends traditional Pilates principles with dynamic, low-impact cardio. Using the reformer jump board, you’ll move through a series of controlled, powerful sequences designed to build strength, improve coordination, and challenge your stamina — all while staying joint-friendly.

Expect a flowing, upbeat session that focuses on technique, precision, and full-body conditioning. It’s perfect for anyone who loves Pilates but wants a bit more energy, a bit more burn, and a lot more fun.

Suitable for those with some Pilates or general movement experience who are ready to level up.
