collective flow - Intermediate

Collective Flow is our intermediate-level Reformer class designed for those ready to build on the foundations and move with greater strength, control and confidence.

In this dynamic full-body session, we layer more complex sequences, longer flow patterns and increased resistance to challenge your stability, coordination and muscular endurance. You’ll move with intention through seamless transitions that demand focus and control, helping you deepen your connection to the work and progress your practice.

This class moves at a quicker pace than Foundation Flow, with less breakdown of basic set-ups and more emphasis on refining technique, increasing intensity and holding strength under fatigue. Expect stronger core integration, greater single-leg work, balance challenges and more advanced variations throughout.

Collective Flow is best suited to those who are already comfortable on the Reformer and confident with fundamental exercises.

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we strongly recommend starting with our Foundation Flow sessions at The Pilates Collective to build the confidence and technical understanding needed to fully enjoy — and benefit from — this next-level class.
