Progressive Flow - Mixed Ability (Suitable for Beginners)

Progressive Flow is a welcoming, full-body Reformer class designed to support you at every stage of your journey — whether you’re brand new or ready to build on your existing practice.


Each session blends foundational movements with the opportunity to layer in more challenging variations. You’ll be guided through the basics with clear, supportive instruction, helping you build confidence, technique and body awareness from the ground up.

As you become more comfortable, you’ll have the option to progress each exercise — whether that’s increasing resistance, adding complexity, or exploring more advanced variations. This means you can work at a level that feels right for you, while still being challenged as you grow stronger.

The pace is steady and considered, giving you time to focus on control, alignment and connection, without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

Perfect if you’re just starting out, returning after a break, or looking for a class that adapts and progresses with you.
