Semi-private personal training gives you all the benefits of working closely with a coach, while also sharing the journey with a small group of like-minded women. With no more than four people in each session, you’ll still get plenty of individual attention, but with the added bonus of encouragement, laughter, and support from others who are right there alongside you. These sessions aren’t just about getting fitter or stronger – they’re about building real bonds and becoming part of a community where everyone lifts each other up. Many of my clients tell me they come for the training but stay for the friendships and the sense of belonging that grows here. It’s also a more affordable option than 1-1 training, while still giving you the same great benefits – expert guidance, personalised support, and a private, welcoming space to train in. Because of the small group sizes and the strong connections that form, these sessions are extremely popular and often in high demand. The atmosphere is supportive, welcoming, and filled with energy – a place where you’ll feel comfortable, celebrated, and part of something truly special.
