About Me
Hi, I’m Courtney.
I haven’t always been a personal trainer – and I certainly haven’t always been whereI am now. At one point, I was four stone heavier than I am today and struggling deeply with my mental health. I lived with severe depression and anxiety, and although I always seemed happy on the outside, inside I was fighting battles no one could see. Exercise became my safe place – the one thing that helped me breathe, rebuild my strength, and start to feel like myself again. At 30, I made the decision to completely change my life and retrain as a personal trainer. I started out running outdoor bootcamps and offering mobile PT sessions, bringing fitness directly to people who, like me, might have felt nervous about stepping into a gym. But deep down, I knew what I really wanted: a private space where people could train without the intimidation of a busy commercial gym. That’s where the dream began.
Fast forward to today, and I now run my own fully equipped private studio – a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds and fitness levels feel safe, supported, and understood. Alongside being a qualified personal trainer, I’m also a mental health and exercise coach, and I combine both to help people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident – inside and out.
My approach has never been about punishment or quick fixes. It’s about balance, finding joy in movement, and building both physical and mental wellbeing that lasts. If there’s one thing I’ve learned along the way, it’s this: you’re capable of so much
more than you realise, and you never have to face the journey alone.
