I’m having trouble booking my classes. What should I do?

​

We highly recommend downloading and using the mindbody app for a smoother booking, session management and payment process. If you’re experiencing issues booking classes, please make sure that all required details on your account are fully completed. Incomplete account information can prevent you from booking. Once every section is filled out, try booking again.

What if I need to cancel my class?

 

If you need to cancel a class, please do so through the booking system as soon as possible. This allows someone else to take your space and ensures you don’t lose your session credit (within the 24hr cancellation window). If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will still be charged.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

 

Absolutely. The Foundation flow classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible for every level, including complete beginners. Modifications are always available.

Is there parking available?

 

Yes, there is free parking available on site. 

To help keep everything running smoothly, please park considerately when visiting The Pilates Collective By Courtney Maunder. 

We have 5\6 allocated parking spaces directly outside the front of the studio on the right- hand side of the car park. Please use these spaces first.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

 

Yes, gift vouchers are available and make a lovely present for someone who would enjoy our classes or memberships.

How much are your classes?

 

Class prices vary depending on the type of session and whether you choose pay-as-you-go or a membership. Please refer to our pricing and plans page.

Are classes suitable for men?

 

Yes, men are welcome. Our classes are inclusive and suitable for all.

We also have a dedicated Men's Only class which currently runs on a Tuesday evening at 7pm.

Is there a weight limit?

Our Reformer Pilates machines have a weight limit of 130kg.

 

How do I book the classes once I’ve purchased a membership?

 

Once you have purchased your membership, the session credits will be added to your profile automatically. You can then log back into the system and book up to 60 days ahead for any available sessions. We highly recommend downloading the mindbody app for a smoothing booking, class management and payment process.

What if I need to pause my membership for health reasons?
