At The Pilates Collective, we offer Reformer Pilates classes in a welcoming and supportive studio in Rousdon, perfectly located between Lyme Regis and Seaton.
Pilates is a mindful practice that builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances balance through controlled, precise movement. It supports posture, aids recovery, and helps prevent injury — all while encouraging you to move in a way that feels right for you.

Reformer Pilates uses a specialised reformer bed, complete with a sliding carriage, springs for adjustable resistance, straps, and a footbar, designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture. This low-impact, full-body workout can be tailored to all fitness levels, including those undergoing rehabilitation. It provides a deeper, more targeted session, helping to build strength, improve alignment, and enhance control, making it suitable for all ages and abilities.​​

The studio
All our classes are held in our Reformer Pilates studio which is conveniently located in between Lyme Regis and Seaton and within easy reach of Axminster, Colyton and surrounding areas.
Parking available​
We have 5 / 6 allocated parking spaces directly outside the front of the studio on the right- hand side of the car park. Please use these spaces first.​​To help keep everything running smoothly, please park considerately when visiting The Pilates Collective By Courtney Maunder.
